The River District, in partnership with Alchemist Community Development Corporation and SMUD, hosted a Stakeholder Update event on November 12 at the May Lee State Office Complex Auditorium. The program included presentations on the progress on development projects in the district, including the Alchemist Public Market, the Dos Rios Light Rail Station, the Truxel Bridge Project, Sacramento Railyards, Sacramento Republic FC Soccer Stadium, the Two Rivers Bike Trail, and the city’s update of the River District Specific Plan. The River District also released its third quarter market report from 2024, which is now available here.
