River District Quarterly Market Report Q3 2023

Sacramento's River District releases its third quarterly Market Report of 2023, highlighting developments and trends within our PBID (property & business improvement district). Notably, the number of residential units either existing, under construction, or proposed has increased to 4,794 with 572 currently under construction. Track 281 Apartments began leasing in Q3, the district's first market-rate residential project. Construction continues on the long-awaited next phase of residential development at the Township 9 infill project now known as The Headwaters, as well as Mirasol Village and the Richards Boulevard Office Complex.
