River District 2025: New Beginnings
Witness a day in the life of Sacramento's River District, an emerging neighborhood on the banks of the Sacramento and American Rivers. With new residential projects like The Hayley, Track 281, and Mirasol Village, residents are changing the vibe of this historic center for canning, industry and distribution. Massive investments by the City of Sacramento, SMUD, and the State of California have resulted in the May Lee State Office Complex, the CA Lottery Headquarters, and the SMUD Museum of Science & Curiosity all opening their doors here in the last few years.
