River District Stakeholder Update

With the completion of catalytic projects including the May Lee State Office Complex, the SMUD Museum of Science & Curiosity, Track 281 Apartments and Touchstone Brewing, the River District is rapidly becoming Sacramento’s newest live/work neighborhood. On the horizon, several high-profile developments are nearing completion, including Mirasol Village and The Hayley at Township 9. In the coming months, construction will begin on a new wave of projects, including the Alchemist Public Market and the Dos Rios Light Rail Station, and planning continues on the Truxel Bridge Project, The Two Rivers Bike Trail expansion and more.
