Built in phases, Township 9 will encompass multiple residential buildings with up to 2,064 units. Already completed and leasing are 178 new apartment homes, clubhouse with swimming pool, two dog parks, Vine Park, Township 9 Park, and river walk access. The Hayley Apartments, when completed, will offer 444 garden style apartments.
