Built in phases, Township 9 will encompass 27 residential buildings with 936 units, 575 parking spaces, a central public park, two dog parks, and 23 localized, private open spaces and river walk access. The Hayley Apartments, currently under construction, includes 372 garden style 3-story apartments and clubhouse.
