The State of California constructed four high performance, interconnected office buildings, which featuring a town square and landscaped courtyard. This 1,250,000 square foot complex can serve an estimated 4,650 occupants and was completed in March 2024. Upon its completion, it was the largest all-electric, carbon neutral building complex in the country.
