DESCRIPTION:The River District’s Security Summit will take place this Wednesday\, August 27 from 3:30-5:00pm at the Sacramento Police Officers Association\, 550 Bercut Dr. The summit will address topics including the city’s homeless response protocol\, the public safety camera network\, best practices to reduce the risk of crime\, how to file a 311 report\, and who to call when a security incident occurs. Guest speakers from the Sacramento Police Department\, Capital Protection Group\, and the City of Sacramento will guide the discussion as well as answer questions and address concerns.
